Lets hope that:

1. This doesn't get appealed.
2. The band decides to settle with SGGNF (outside of court)

If it goes all the way to state court, this is going to be a very long drawn out process.

Then once that's over, Federal acknowledgment as a tribe, then applying for the compact.
