It would be nice if the states were smart enough to put a stop to this. Giving well off corporations and especially sports teams huge tax incentives while not being able to repair leaking school buildings sucks. Buy and hold makes sense if you are smart/lucky enough to pick the winners early and ride them for a long time. I find that in tech, buy and sell with a nice profit works consistently. If you are patient, each year provides one or two 'tech wrecks' where you can get back in and ride them again. I've been patiently waiting since this winter. We are getting there... Regards, John
