I should disclose what I know about VWRX. I used to work for a web company that was in the running to do work for VWRX. I believe they may still talking. To the point, VWRX sent us a catalog and I was stunned at the size of the thing. It was like a phone book. Then I looked into it a bit more and discovered the hassle that the medical and lab professions go through to obtain their materials. The promise of VWRX and Chemdex going online and offering accounts with credit lines promised to wipe out 7 layered bureacracy from the purchasing process of lab companies nationwide. This seemed huge to me. I just hope that the folks at Merck continue this line of thinking to it's fruition. If they think they have a better mousetrap and change course before this is complete, someone else will beat them to it. Regards, Stuart
