I pose that idealab! recognized this as well, and this is the reason why they took stock in Net Shepherd in lieu of cash. This way, idealab! still benefits when their business concept becomes a success.

To me, this one item stands out above all others - even Denise's enthusiasm for the company! <g> - to hold me to this stock. ideaLab wasn't interested in simply farming off for cash a company they weren't interested in developing further, they invested in the future of the combination of NSI and Answers.com. If they didn't believe, they might just as well have given the company away for free as take shares in some little backwater ASE company. Obviously they don't see it that way.

CC thanks for , as usual, a well thought out post. Much appreciate the ongoing DD and your willingness to share. May the rewards be bountiful!! I got in this week, so I am very happy. This is a tough market for the best, but I continue to be very bullish on North America. Which one needs in order to comfortably hold small caps on junior exchanges (= liquidity limits). Don.
