Yes in schools. We do not have money for schools but all the politicians need for personal glorification like Arena, Convention Center, Titan stadium and starting on new main library the will be the envy of all cities. Of course in choosing location we chose to bail out the Church Street Mall which has beeen closed and pay way over what was necessary to get a better location. Forgot to mention we gave another million the Music Hall of Fame to move near the Arena. We paid more millions re-locating businesses closed to take their property so this move could happen. Sure you don't want to move to the "Athens of the South?" Country music attracted drugs, prostitutes, and adult live sex shows. No telling what goodies the Titans will bring.
