Well, I just got off the phone with Roger. For clarity on the SEC filing, here's what he had to say. Digitcom will have all information that they need for the filing provided for the reporting by the end of June. But, this information needs to filter through their auditors and then the SEC attorneys they hired. Based on his experiences last year when they attempted a similar feat, he didn't want to set any hard and fast dates to when the filing would appear on Edgar. He also did not want to speculate on the date of any news releases, but was fairly upbeat and positive sounding about what's going on. Personally, my impression is that there may be some sort of update of goings on in June, but I will be surprised if any PR comes out from the deals that they have struck. This impression may be due to Roger's extra cautiousness about what he was saying. I also was left feeling like I should probably pick up more shares within the next month or so because this company is going to prove it's mettle and really take off once things are finally in place. The company's 180 degree turn on press releases (ie, they're not saying a word until everything is finished) can make the wait excrutiating for some of us, but I'm willing to bunker down a few months longer to see what comes.
