Form 10-SB

This is the general form for registration of
securities pursuant to Sections 12(b) or (g)
of the '34 Act for "small business issuers."
This form requires slightly less detailed
information about the company's business
than Form 10 requires.

CSAGE,

No, it was not the same filing. My point is, they issued a previous PR saying they planned to do a filing and it never happened. I believe they will file now because they have to, to avoid the pink sheets. It was a different business then, but circumstances were relatively the same. Potential for profits but nothing you could pin them down on. Pretty much like now. Lots of PR's about huge potential, a seemingly building business plan that appeared to be coming together - but no finished product. I will be a true believer if I ever saw a revenue sheet for either goonline.com or the kiosk business. But first Goonline has to GO ON-LINE.

Kevin - Patience is a virtue - My virtue has grown old waiting on the side lines, watching other newer companies get their plans together and started working them.

CSage: you know perfectly well it was the same filing.

JNNE's press release from a year and a half ago: jnne.com

"It is the company's intention to file the required statements with appropriate governing bodies as soon as possible. The company expects to meet all required NASDAQ initiated requirements in 1998 and in the future."

The NASDAQ requirements haven't changed. They still require that JNNE file the 10SB, the exact same filing mentioned today.

JNNE wasn't serious then, and I don't see anything to indicate they are serious now. Just another desperate attempt to keep the stock price from falling further.

Wasn't Goon-line ("where the goons shop") supposed to be open by today? What ever happened to that great idea?
