John/Ian, Merrill also dissed FSI International and that one was down over a point to 8.5 late in the day. This is further testimony to the technical strength of MTSN that it could so impressively absorb the dissing. Phil

... opinion of ML that I do :') I was truely amazed they even mentioned them also. John, At least you read all or most of the words in the Press Release. When I first read it I saw MTSN used in the same sentence as AMAT and missed the intervening "also ran" put down. So I take back my earlier "wow" about Merrill notice. I hadn't noticed Merrill being as ridiculous on the equipment sector as bipolar Tom K was on the chip sector. He was up and down on MU and INTC more frequently than a toilet seat in a very busy brothel. Hope you can add Epi, RTP, ... to the Strip and CVD outlook. Have a good weekend, Ian.
