Notice To HITT management, be advised that I am interested in your suit and am interested in helping the defendants expose you all. I will help with the discovery phase and a countersuit,I will not stand by while you try to destroy regular people becaus e they may think you are a scam..or are a pump and dump stock born from a reverse merger,, I will play an active role..My suggestion to you..is apologize to these people and dismiss your suit, before you all get in over your heads ..The biggest victim will be HITT management, as Im sure there is much that they wouldnt want to surface, I am interested in truth and justice and your actions have shown that you cannot accept the criticisms you have recieved publicly, So please explain in detail to me, what was said that caused you damage, I can be reached via PM.or on my private site @ webmaster@anthonypacific.com, this goes directly to my Atty, Matt Tyson, Esquire, my online counsel, be advise every post i make is reviewed by counsel as well as all I recieve, Im sure you know that..so lets quit playing games ..there are some regular folk that you are trying to hurt here, and I will not stand by and allow it to continue without offering my assistance..The first thing I want is all transfer records and phone records of the officers and offshore info as well as nominee info for Foreign company setups anywher outside the US, I want to know how much stock you all sold directly and indirectly..etc.etc..etc..I also will be interested in all bullish posters identities and court orders will provide the names and ISP adresses of these posters..I will know if fake and fictitious accounts were setup to pump the stock and i will also be interested in all other message boards on the net.. So once you get the case filed,, please supply us a case Number publicly and contact me...
