LOL, yes it does seem like a penny stock list, but the list is any stock that has a time line to an impact date for some forward looking event, either stated by a previous press release, web page - THE LIST or rumors - RUMOR LIST!

IATV got on the list because of this press release #reply-9986066

giving two time lines;

1) Cable 99 show in Chicago on June 14.

2)We set a 12-month price target of $25."

The stock has had gains toward the first impact date so far!
