I don't think it matters that much whether they actually raise or not. The Fed is achieving their objective of raising the yield curve and taking "speculation" out of the stock market.It is the threat of the raise which hurts the high PEs. AOL and other inets will recover when some really weak #s start coming in signalling a slowdown-or some major news breaks.
I don't know where the big funds start to love AOL again and really add to positions or retake old positions they liquidated in the 150s. I have surmised before that AOL's pe needs to come closer in line with MSFT or trade at some multiple vs. MSFT.
