Daily Stock Review
DIAMOND ENTMNT (OTC BB: DMEC): The stock rose 21.21% to finish at $0.20, as the market positively reacted the news that DMEC is entering into agreements with its two largest business creditors to convert their remaining loan balances totaling $1.9 million into one-year restricted common stock. The ratio of buy to sell is about 2:1 with a decent volume of 1.033 million shares. Some market makers have tested the water by trying to walk down the price in the past week. However, buys have consistently outnumbered sells even when the price was down in the past several days. That means market makers have to reduce its inventories or to increase its short positions as a whole. Now some market makers appear to change its positions. One market maker (our old buddy who broke its back when we played the game on GRPV), who sold several million shares at teens ($0.10 to $0.12), was on the top of the bid for a while today. One market maker, who sold several million shares between $0.18 to $0.23, disappeared on the top of the ask quickly after selling about 50 K shares. One market maker, who sold several million shares between $0.15 to $0.18, appear to be neutral. Now two biggest market makers, who have been accumulated the shares, seem to push the stock up. If these two market makers, who have sold several million shares, join to bid the stock up, the game will really start. Of course, any great news as we expect will add firepower to the stock. Let's hold the stock for the best. Our short-term target price is $1 to $2.

6/11/99***DMEC***- Today's buzz on DMEC was all about the debt. Everyone seems to believe the conversion was very important for the company. The stock reacted positively and this was not a buy on rumor sell on the news situation. We did not feel it would be, because there is too much potential here. DMEC closed the day at $0.20, right at the highs of the day for a strong close. Today, 4 form 4's were filed, which goes along with the company's resolve to keep shareholder's informed and comply as reporting companies do. We will be adding a link to read about the Form 4 for all interested (Form 4 info). This weekend we will be updating the DMEC profile under short-term picks to include some of the domain names they have registered. Everyone can expect these to be posted sometime tomorrow. From what we know this is just the start of things for DMEC, even though the debt conversion news was fantastic. Next week should be interesting. Enjoy the weekend!
