In SRCM defense,

Brite actually had a growing IT business until SRCM got their hands on it. Then, it started a decline, just like every other SRCM IT acquisition. So, while Gross is actually an existing employee, he did come from Brite, which had done some things right.

I actually liked Maitland, and I have heard him contradict some of the lies Peters told. Regardless, the results of SRCM point to clear incompetence in their old management, so any change can be considered good.

Fortuneately for the short side, the debt left by the former management as well as industry and competitive trends, make this an almost impossible ship to save.

Regards,

Archer
