A THEORY on Wit's anti-flip policy:

Any flip within 60 days moves you to the very back of the line for 60 days...

Holding all IPOs for over 60 days, never having flipped, puts you at the very front of the line...

In short, the allocation process goes like this, assuming that everyone IOId within the window:

1. Those who have never ever flipped and are holding 5 issues beyond 60 days.

2. Those who have never ever flipped and are holding 4 issues beyond 60 days...

3. And so on...

4. Someone that has never flipped, but is still within the first 60 days on all their issues...

5. New customers who have never had shares and thus have never had the chance to flip...

6. Those on probation from IPO Jail...

7. Those in IPO jail...

This is just one theory and I have no facts to back it up, but it makes sense to me.
