Hey guys,
I've been incredibly busy lately and haven't had time to follow the discussions, but I'm still holding my long position and appreciate the work being done by contributors to the thread. I don't have time to analyze the options thing, but if Todd and Jeff both are for it I'll go along and vote for it too. Hope everyone is well, so long.

I vote for NO because I think the management is either ignoring us shareholders or they don't understand the current state of equity market. Improving shareholder value is one of the key job for the management for all listed company nowaday. They done a tremendous good job on operating and financial performance. They establish good relationship with the developers and provide a good place to work. But what had they done to promote the company in the stock market? Not much! Fund manager are very lazy and always overlook some great value stocks like THQI. If Weedbotch likes to fooling around, why doesn't THQI turns to other institutions to promote the stock? Why there are still analysts call THQ as "Toy Headquarter" or a "Toy Company"? Why didn't the management defense the stock when there was an analyst who downgraded THQ to a "Market Underperform"??? Why there are more than 20% short interest in a stock which has 17 consecutive positive earnings? Please note that the poor stock price not only hurt us, but also weaken the company's ability to finance by equity. Something SMTC did a good job on.

I still believe THQI is the best and safest stock for long term investment. I just want to let the management know what I am thinking, and perhaps Brian can sit down with his old buddy Jack Friedman to have a cup of coffee and learn from him how to promote a stock in the stock market.
