All (bw and doc in particular),
Can anyone who has been allocated IPO shares tell me if there is a restrictive period where the IPO stock will not be marginable? If no such rule exists, what are some typical time before they become marginable. Has any IPO stock ever become marginable on Day 1?

TIA. Just place my offering request of TWE (Waterhouse) IPO with Waterhouse and don't know what to expect.

Notwithstanding the fear we are now experiencing "in the belly of the beast", here are 2 ideas to watch this upcoming week...

Earnings begin to trickle in this week... Among the more notable releases are those from Solectron (SLR-M), Jabil Circuits (JBL-T).

These two companies have good earnings report histories...

FYI.

Steve

The Adobe thing doesn't make any sense to me at all! Nothing in their history or product line seems to suggest that enterprise applications is their next step.

Based on lack of other available information I think it is hype. Perhaps FILE will disappoint and make a good short?
