To all, I spoke to Andrew Wong last week and will summarize the key points below; 1) exchange listings: subsidiary of TS Telecom has plans to list on a jr. Hong Kong exchange which is being set up; Growth Enterprises Market Board (equivalent to NASDAQ type exchange) which should be up by end of year TS TELECOM does plan to list on TSE, but priority may be low due to above development, management feels that listing on TSE offers little value at this moment 2) JV: joint venture with a NA telecommunications company is still in the works, this company is undergoing a reorganization which is slowing things down for the final inking of a MOU, however it appears MOU is very close to being inked Feel free to call Andrew Wong at 905-470-2282 if you have further questions.
