International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ACTB) would like to clarify
two Insider Trades that appear online for its Investors.

The shares that appear to be sold for Henry Bosma and International
Licensing Corp. are shares before Action Sports International's symbol
change and 30:1 reverse split. Therefore, 513,330 shares of WLLO,
actually amount to 17,111 shares of ACTB for Henry Bosma. Likewise,
International Licensing Corp. had 1,318,335 shares of WLLO, and now has
43,944 shares of ACTB.
