It's good to see that you can still laugh, while you are losing your shirt.

Combination of puts/sold calls/short common in EBAY/YHOO/AOL/AMZN/PCLN. If you would like specific strikes and entry points, I'll have to type them up for you. All but the AOL puts were initiated today, and the AMZN puts were re-inititated today after I stupidly covered this morning. I missed a good 15% of downside on that one today because I didnt want to get too greedy. :)

The game is over, William. I honestly thought you'd know when to get out. I guess I was wrong.

cheers

(btw, "bones" from star trek died today at 79. only bad news i've heard all day)

Hey Glenn, looks like our mutual dream of Amazon's financial collapse may happen a LOT sooner than we thought. From today's Wall Street Journal. Massive debt looks so great when it is essentially free. But as Long Term Capital found out, that leverage can kill you in a heartbeat. I expect this is just the first nail in the coffin of AMZN. I doubt Greenspan will bail out Bezos.

"Amazon's stock has dropped by half and now is $100 short of where it needed to be so the company could call its $1.25 billion convertible bond. Next month the company faces a $24 million interest payment it never expected to make."
