You see now how Russia has put to good use US and IMF loans to good use! gg They are preparing for another confrontation with the West by flexing muscles. I believe there is very "sotile" game is being played by the policy makers in Washington. They want to go back to the Cold War; they don't mind Russia rebuild its armed forces. That will oblige US to re-arm, NATO to expand (Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Baltic Republics, and Ukraine.) Therefore, the encirclement of Russia will be complete. US further could enter in military pacts with the ex-Soviet Republics and this fake buddy-buddy with Russia will come to an end! Maybe you should start a thread, called The Cold War, the Second Act??
