A Health Spending Accountis for your health and well being.
A Medical Spending Account is for Hospitals, Doctors, Insurance companies, political campaign contributions, etc...things completely separate from your health...


Scott, we are talking about Uncle Sam and the IRS here. Words which we think mean the same thing mean different things for them, more so for phrases. And it is Medical Savings Accounts, not Medical Spending Accounts.
