That's okay...last week he wanted the Justice Department to file suit against OPEC...

Thank God no one listens to him for anything other than a good...laugh.

If Kudlow can't call the market, he wants to legislate his way. There are a number of analysts who stubbornly deny oil is the place to be. Joe Battataglia (sp?) comes to mind. He's been a bull's bull, but he can't admit oil may escalate further because the inflationary implications spoil his keep-the-faith Bull call. It's O.K., because we need skeptics to keep the upside potential. When they're gone, the long term rally is over in oil, IMHO.
