Hi Lorne,

Russian government trying to find out who issued the order to the troops to move in ... now isn't that just ducky, a Russian loose cannon.

The only solution is to partition Kosovo and arm the people, but Slick is not smart enough to do it ... One problem is that the mines are in the heritage part that the Serbs want.

Korean words are getting ugly too.

I think they may provoke an incident on the border next.

PS - I made a post on the Nostradamus thread, if you are interested.

May turn out to be wacky, but Comet C/1999 H1 (Lee) is a fascinating candidate for NostraD's King of Terror from the Sky, none the less.

Clinton must by now be realizing how Boris has outmaneouvred him! NATO will now be facing a much more serious adversary as it fights its way into Kosovo. The Russian forces are now massing in Pristina, ready to defend their Serb brethren.

I found this great quote today while web surfing..." DON'T WAIT TO BUY GOLD - BUY GOLD AND WAIT!"..

Precious metals ended New York mixed, with profit taking
supporting gold, ending a week in which setting 20-year lows
almost became a ho-hum event, dealers said.

"You had such an oversold condition in gold that any type of rally
is no big surprise," said Scott Meyers, senior analyst at Pioneer
Futures Inc. "But nothing in here is even remotely positive. The
fact that it didn't settle below $260 might be somewhat comforting
but I don't see gold going anywhere fast, certainly (not) to the
upside."

Silver built on recent gains, with friction reduced as gold
bounced and some questioning whether gains would be sustained.

"Silver is performing better --it doesn't have quite the same
(bearish) fundamentals. But even then at $5.10 per ounce, it's by
no means a rally," Meyers said. "I'd like to see it above a $5.20
settlement. That would make me a little bit more friendly towards
the market.
