Typo in 27580. I referred to Arif's brother Arif. Apologies, it's Amir. Based on all the evidence we have, WalterTX is Amir Adam (Arif's brother). Amir was elected to the board at the AGM which FSAAA claimed at the time of the meeeting (4/7) was illegal and now, some five weeks later, the company has agreed is illegal. Mysteriously the board that was elected at the illegal meeting has been re-constituted. Mike Sukey has resigned (his choice was resignation or you'll be fired) and Amir has disappeared from the board. So we now have a board that wasn't elected and now re-constituted in place: Arif Adam, Robert Albi, Frank Idrees and Ben Stephens. As FSAAA sees it, legally FAMH has one board member and that's Arif Adam. The others have not been elected by the shareholders because the AGM was illegal and there has not been another shareholder meeting held to our knowledge. FYI: One board member is in violation of Firamada's bye-laws and the Texas Business Corporation Act. FYI: During Arif Adam's deposition he was asked the question, "Who is WalterTX?"
