ira Remember this though........in Europe a person is charged by the minute to make a local phone call. When they hunk to the net the free ISP hook up is not really free at all. The average person stays on line in the UK for 7 hours a month. This racks up about $60 a month in local phone fees. Now comes the kicker........a free internet service has pre-done a deal with the local carriers in the UK to buy flat rate bulk time and the ISP's are getting part of that $60 a month fee that the end user is paying to the local carrier. Free ISP is far from free..... Vendit
