Remember this though........in Europe a person is charged by the minute to make a local phone call. When they hunk to the net the free ISP hook up is not really free at all. The average person stays on line in the UK for 7 hours a month. This racks up about $60 a month in local phone fees.

Now comes the kicker........a free internet service has pre-done a deal with the local carriers in the UK to buy flat rate bulk time and the ISP's are getting part of that $60 a month fee that the end user is paying to the local carrier.

Free ISP is far from free.....

No offense, but isn't Great Britain like, smaller than Wisconsin?
Has there been anything good coming out of that country, since the Beatles? I can't really think of anything...oh yes...how can I forget Monty Python!!!
