"... how long have you been investing?"
Heh Heh Heh, apparently longer than you have! The placement was announced April 30th and closed on May 10th. On closing, the company announced best efforts to file a prospectus to qualify the shares issued under the placement within 60 days of closing.
"... when prospectuses clear TSE the price will jolt up ..."
You know this is bull-chit ... the only event affecting the stock price is the closing of the placement, which already occurred. The issue of whether the prospectus is filed on time or not affects only the placee who bought the units (Yorkton in this instance).
In the event that Microforum fails to obtain receipts for a final prospectus qualifying the distribution of the securities underlying the special units from applicable securities regulators prior to certain prescribed deadlines, each special unit holder will receive 1.1 special units for every special unit subscribed to.
<< Jonnie you are lost aren't you, WHO HAS TO PUT UP CASH IF THEY WANT TO SHORT AFTER THE PROSPECTUSES ARE CLEARED, WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD RISK THEIR CASH THEN, GO AHEAD AND SHORT THEN, I WILL HAVE THE LAST LAUGH. >>

Can you comment on the following quotes?

"... you better hope you can undue (sic) your short, MCF has 2 e-commerce deals in the works, one will blow your socks off."
<< Wayne daytrades, goes long, and goes short and he is honest about it. May.7.99[$7.90] when he was going to short I let him know he might want to "undo "his short. So what Jonnie, I gave him a headsup, many do the same for me in PM, does that bother you in any manner. May10.99 [$8.45] May11.99[$8.60] If you were honest and told me you were shorting I would have told you the same thing. If you were a SLIMEBAG about it I would just ignore you.>>
I suppose the deal that was going to "blow our socks off" was the recently announced Ford contract news. It did indeed blow my socks off, but apparently the market yawned. I have been investing long enough to have learned that the market is never wrong! << Jonnie you are an amatuer, go talk to the market not me then. You can suppose all you want, but why would you? You seem to think you have all the answers, can't help you, find another source, the front door to my world says NO ADMITANCE FOR JONNIE >>

"... we should see over $10.00 by Wed. , some excellent PR coming."
<< So what is your point Jonnie, upset because you are not sure if it came or is coming, like I said NO ADMITANCE FOR JONNIE.>>
Message 9453037
"... only one more PR to go this week ... that $20 will be here sooner than we think !!!"
<< I'll say it again, " that $20 will be here sooner than we think !!!>>
Jazzss, to the above two quotes, I only have this to say ... you may remember the words as they were originally yours!
"... my grandma is thinking of buying this stock based on your post, what should I tell her? Oh, I almost forgot, if it tanks can she blame you?"
<< Like I said Jonnie you are an amatuer, lets see what all the words were. You will notice you left out " LOL " . Now why would SCUM like you do such a thing, maybe you try too hard Jonnie. The things shorts will do, what a pathetic little man you are Jonnie.

check out cy.ase, cybersurf , 2.70 - 4.0, no news, 1 week, huge volumes! something is up
<< Hey look Jonnie there is the missing " LOL " , it seems it was meant as a joke, you better go look back over some posts and put it together, what SLIME you are for trying to pull a fast one like that.>>
FYI Jonnie I won't be answering anymore of your posts, it's too much of a waste of time on my part to bother. I had thought of perusing some of your posts and twisting them to my needs , but why bother, my time is better spent on planning my Sept. vacation. You go short , I'll go long, at Nasdaq we shall meet, then talk to me.
