bo, same with me, not back in yet. i went all-cash a few days ago and just don't feel like messing too much. the 30 yr yield is already up much so the work is already cut up for the fed. this stock seems like a great value play. marty

bo, looks like mutual fund selling is out, i'm in small part and trying to get more. this would be my "focus" stock, which means i'll try to make a large part of my portfolio. i'm looking for it to double from here (7 5/16 ask) by summer. marty
