Whsew, the NYC skyline is still there, last I looked, Blue. Hope it all stays quiet over your mountain, too. Last I heard, the news report said the russians had a browser problem, causing them to (give the finger) oops, arrive too early. They might have marched in then because of settings on computers and they can't find someone who wants to own up to giving that order yet either, but that's becoming an issue of the past about now anyway. The question of whose fault it was has now given way to dealing with practicalities at hand such as getting the different nations troops ready to morph while the pecking order of importances tests the edge in front of their own alongside nato's bigs. So it's who's to say who decides who's boss and of who's stationed wherever and why not somewhere else and who sez so, etc - are what's up now. It must be very complex, in view of the political positionings and difficulties they must be facing.
Hopefully it'll all be fine and no one gets insulted enough to turn it into more trouble.
