It's hard to anticipate just how far this will go and what the final outcome will be. If there is fraud involved or just plain a difference of opinion on accounting rules (it would seem Ernst & Young would know the rules better than Candies). Whatever, this will drag on. Probably will be settled out of court before going to trial....wonder if the company had insurance coverage, and how much. It remains to be seen how bad the company is going to be hurt and what will happen to the price of the stock if it ever reopens for trading. Whatever, strongly suspect none of us will be pleased, and lucky if we have a stock worth much of anything as the result. It likely will take a long time to recover from this (expletive deleted) debacle.
