PS. Isn't it nice to know that NSM just wasted 2 years on the balance sheet and chewed through OVER $2B in what would have otherwise been cash in the bank and directly attributed to the share price. Yeah just think, National's valuation could be $80+ right now.. oh but wait that didn't happen.. oops.

PPS. This isn't Cyrix's fault, this is poor NSM management that brought up a horrid fab.

*Cyrix will be sold in the next 2 weeks, and the fab will be sold to Taiwan Semi*

*NSM/Cyrix is dead. RIP. The new NSM will be a lean mean profit machine.*
