patwrk,

I agree that certainly is creative. I too have fiddled around on Excel from time to time and tried to model out how much money this company could make. However, it is the actual mechanics of the business model that I think everyone should focus on, and not so much on trying to develop a proforma on the company's financials. Let me explain.

Let's assume today is the start of the second month of trading and the first months results are in the bank. Further assume that the system achieved results similar to the KPMG audited results (67% average monthly return).

So you're an investor (also a millionare) in the BD and QTTK has made a handsome return. What are you gonna do?

1.) Maintain your (at least) your initial $1MM investment.
2.) Tell all your friends (who are probably also millionares) about this wonderful comany.
3.) BOTH

So you're a market maker and you're getting all these long orders for QTTK. However, unlike most stocks which can be held in Street Name indefinitely, QTTK buyers are requiring delivery of the stock, because they need the Stock Certificate in order to invest money into the BD. So as a market maker what are you thinking?

1.) Wow, these investors in QTTK are really bullish and long on the stock if they're gonna be asking for delivery of the certificates.
2.) Damn, this means that there are effectively less shares on the float.
3.) BOTH

So the way I see it if the system proves to be successful, there is going to be pressure on both sides of the equation: on the demand and on the supply. WOW!
I am long 1000 shares and that is all I am gonna invest in QTTK. That is all I'm gonna need if the systems works for a period of as little as six months as in the audited trial. A stock price(no splits) of $100, $500 or even $1000 doesn't seem unreasonable.
QTTK claims to have the Holy Grail of investing - - a "black Box" type systems that perpetually produces significant returns regardless of market conditions (in fact Don is so confident in his system he is gonna trade big-cap NYSE and S&P stocks when the BD opens, to prove the system is not just reaping the benefits of the internet phenomenon).
Anyways I bought my 1000 lottery tickets and am just waiting for the drawing in a couple of months when QTTK releases its results for the first month.
