Hi all:

Nasdaq days count down. We closed 6 days in a row above 4 dollars. Saint, we might not need those preferred shares to convert to DDEQ common to come up to the market cap requirement. We went up 1.25 this week.

Richard: My understanding is that the deal is still not officially "done" but this is the same way that the GoProfit.com deal was first announced. It is the same players, so I feel very confident.
