CRIM Porcari; Why not do a little research before you speak, everyone else can. Waldron (not Waldren) & Co. and scumbag crim leader Perle were only 1/2 the story. The other half was why IBUY was on the OTCBB to begin with....because CEO McNulty was a CRIM like YOU, and the NASD would not accept them for listing. Silly Tout! Now, there are other links to IBUY as well, namely the above market buy-ins performed by ISRC and KENS. The same crews have been operating in both stocks. Now, as for IBUY's final resting place, in the arms of CPQ. If you had done any research you would have known that IBUY VC investor Bill Gross and CPQ Chairman Rosen are good friends. Just a matter of one hand washing the other. Buyer Beware!
