ACE, Last year in one of MSU's financial releases there was mention of a confidential license agreement with C-Cube. From what I learned, C-Cube wanted some changes made to the Envoy Chip and MSU was unwilling to do so and the deal went up in smoke. I do know one thing though, MSU and CUBE have always talked in the past but have never been able to come to terms. Once again, Wyn won't let anyone fool with his product, his way or no way it seems. This is what I've heard. I also know C-Cube was intrested in SlipStream as well at one time. I don't know where they stand now. Good Luck Jx
