Well stated!

I agree, this is good news! I know I've been in the tank a little lately but I am revitalized. If the Band couldn't see that they were being led down a wrong road before, surely they must see it now. I'm quite sure that their attorney assured them that there was no way they could lose this case.

It's not a total resolution but it is a solid step in the right direction - for us!

Maybe it's just a matter of "good news shock syndrome"?
First OTC BB, now Judge Bell's favorable ruling and even a promise of additional MM's; mind you, I wasn't crazy about the "SOON" in the NR.

On a more serious note, does anyone know if Judge Bell's ruling can be appealed?
