Seer, great find.
Ok, after listening to that I think I know the plan. The plan is to make a network of high bandwidth cell sites to get high speed access to the 'net or to regular cellular phone service. The difference I was looking for is they are not just a 'last mile' wireless provider they install the whole network (or most of it) using wireless service. This give a quicker/cheaper/faster network than a combo land-line/ wireless would do.
Their claim to fame is the SpectruCell, a software controlled interface that can pick up all existing types of cellular service, and connect to another cell site ( as opposed to a central office ) at high speed.

I sure do hope that you are correct about "good news will be steadily coming from MFMI" because i have been buying the "sh*t-out" of this company the last couple of days. actually - i am sure that you ARE correct. however - if not even my dog will think that i have totally "lost-it" and my dog thinks that i "walk on water"!! take care, my friend.
