<<No offense, I think DELL's golden age is over>>

Daskin: Many have said that before. I sure wouldn't bet against Michael Dell. He is a master at fine tuning his business model. IMO, with the launch of the new DELLnet service he may be ramping up to create a global franchise that could more valuable than a stand-alone Portal or cable network. Check out this recent post for some insights:

Just as CPQ, GTW, HWP and IBM were starting to think they understood how to compete with Michael Dell, he is changing the game <GG>. Stay tuned, the next few months will be interesting. IMO, DELL will be making some MAJOR announcements.

When I invest, I'm investing in management talent. Right now I have a great deal of confidence in Michael Dell, David Wetheral (CEO of CMGI) and Steven Snyder (CEO of NETP).

Have a Good Weekend.

Best Regards,

Scott

Sorry don't agree with you but you could be correct. Yesterday sold some sunw to add to cmgi. I will hold my netp and perhaps add later. Several large institutions are buying into cmgi an I believe one of the box makers just made a large investment. This doesn't sound like cmgi is overvalued. imo
