For the record after I turned in my license , I was contacted and begged by NASD enforcememnt to please come to NY and testify for them in the Quigley manipulation case of Jerry Rosen from JAlexander,,( they had my tapes and they need t me to explain it as their witness, I balked but they begged and begged and so I did it ..They paid my airfare hotel meals and transportation and gave me everything I wanted,, funny that they won this case but when opposing counsel went to NASD CRD to get my records( kep in mind that this is a about 2 months after I resigned my membership in July, 1998 ), lo and behold, NOTHGING...my CRD had nothing on it..I was squeaky clean....I consider this tampering of evidence criminal...They play dirty and a private boys club that changes the rules as they see fit and use everyone for their own purposes and spits out the bones. Screw the NASD, they should all be locked up and led away in shackles.
