Thanks for the find on the Russell 3000, Wildman. In addition to index managers adding these stocks to their portfolios, many active portfolio managers use the indices as starting points for screening and further research. The thing I like about THQI is that once it starts hitting more screens, it could be a purchase candidate for all styles of managers and funds: value, growth, and core. Also, with possible market rotation into small caps, couldn't be a better time from a supply and demand standpoint.
