Oh good idea, get the idiots who were suckered into buying an OTCBB POS like HITT to turn their liquid shares into de facto illiquid crap, which they will find very difficult to sell. That makes a lot of sense. Of course, thats what scummy companies and stock promoters do when they know the end is near.
