About the website and little ad that some of you have criticized, something about the website getting a small number of hits...

Well that same little advertisement appeared in INVESTORS BUSINESS DAILY (IBD), friday June 11, page A17, under the heading of Investor's NewsWire. How's that for a few more hits. I think that little investment was well placed, do you think?

Here's the article:

DIGITCOM CORPORATION (OTCBB:DGIV)
Digitcom Corporation's mission is nothing less than to build a global Internet long distance company in the next five years. The company is moving towards its goal by establishing partnerships with small and medium-sized international telephone monopolies that have a captive customer base. The company is currently in the process of launching in-country operations in Egypt, Germany, Italy, Indonesia, Taiwan and Australia. Digitcom's products make Internet-transmitted faxing, voice messaging and full-duplex voice communications accessible to anyone with a touch-tone phone or fax machine. Digitcom's products offer emerging market telephone companies rapid and cost-effective entry into these high-demand services. Digitcom's objective is to establish a low-cost regional international telephony network over the Internet in Europe, the Middle East and Asia with connectivity to North and Latin America. The Company is pursuing growth through strategic joint ventures with telecom companies in developing national markets as well as through merger/acquistion with companies that offer either technology infrastructure and assets or a desirable customer base for Digitcom's telecom and data transmission products and services.

Good morning Howard and everyone.
Howard, your point is well taken.
However, from what I understand the SEC has been watching the activities of not only Digitcom but of this thread as well. Everyone here including Jimmy, Roger and Cheryl are aware of the implications of miss information. I for one feel that Digitcom is being overly cautious. Is it truly a serious violation to to make a TV interview disclosing public information to the public? I am not sure of that one. The SEC must not of found it to be to serious of an offence. No fines have been levied. Jimmy is not operating Digitcom from Jail. Maybe the SEC did verify the contracts and like what they saw but slapped Jimmy on the wrist for incorrect disclosure?
I hope this is the case.
Howard Have you ever had to print brochures? The expense is horrific. You spend money on a depreciating tangible that one day will render zero value. I believe the $25k expense is quite a bit but a more efficient alternative.
"Roger a year ago".
These guys did not expect the attention they received and clearly made some amateurish mistakes. With there conservative approach today you can sense them being gunshy from that past. I really wish it was in the cards for them to let us all know more of what is up and release more information. That has not worked in the past. Just remember how this stock reacts to news. It spikes and slides. I traded in and out of this company once late last year when that happened. I no longer am short sighted and will hold this stock until I make a big number. I have met both Roger and Jimmy. Both are gentlemen. There credibility is intact in my book. I truly believe they both have made past errors that have made us all question, but their intentions have always been genuine.
Maybe these are some of the same reasons you are long like myself.
I really like how things are unfolding.
I call it Jimmy's grand plan.
