Berney ; The whole Budget surplus is a double entry hot air scam, in reality you don't have a surplus when you owe out more money than
you did before you found a way to shove the pencil up the
average Joe's arss.
Adjust the so called surplus to the increase in the National debt.
Yes your right the news don't match what's happening in the
banking sector, but then they are the benefactors of all the
crooked book keeping, & they get a cut of all the money swaps
no matter what happens.
