Sharewatcher, certainly not me. It has ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING to do with corporate strategy, earnings per share, sales, or anything else I can think of.
As an FCM shareholder, I couldn't give a monkey's what happens in some tiny county courthouse.
Liability perhaps - I think not.
