Have a nice day, Hiram. Nice of you to drop by with that constructive contribution.

If you had followed the thread for a while you would have picked up FNDTF at 18, URBN at 14, FRNT at 9, LPAC at 4 1/2, MSGI at 11 and several other good plays.

Doesn't sound like we will lose much with your absence. The portfolio numbers speak for themselves.

As does your post. Gee, I never knew that T, WCOM, WMB, RIG, BRKB and the others were "speculative garbage".

We better tell someone on Wall Street fast. Good thing you came by to straighten us out.

It would have been more interesting and useful if you had told us about an interesting pick of yours like CAMP. I plan to look into that one now.

While your post was not addressed
to me, I feel compelled to respond.

ROFL

I'm up 47% year to date as of yesterdays
close, Dale is up more, and I think
several other thread participants are up
more than me, as well.

How will we ever survive without you?

I for one disagree completely with your view on this. The name of this thread is the most appropriate - Value Tech Stocks. This has been my main source for ideas which helped me come back with more than 40% gain this year. The concept has also been applied to my Hong Kong portfolio with similar gains. I am particularly impressed by the continued emphasis on need for diversification - a nice reminder for all us value investors with a touch of speculation.

Your comments on individual stock will be welcome, but not on the thread itself.
