By the way, for all programmers and sys admins here on this thread, who have ever made a support call your software vendor for help? If so, did you get the service that you were looking for? Did the problem get solved? Did its cost justify the fix? I am trying to gauge the success of Redhat's support for Linux and determine if it will be a solid revenue stream?

A 10 incident support package cost $3000 from Redhat. Each will be $300. This is significantly higher than FreeBSD($100) and Microsoft($120, I think).
