The simple answer is that most brokers will not short BB stocks. Some do; I think Barb (Mama Bear) has shorted BB's through a conventional broker. Otherwise you have to go offshore where brokers aren't subject to the same limitations (and self-imposed limits in many cases). The private site has more info on this issue.

Paul,I too am one of those who had to learn the hard way but I think it will burn those needed things into my brain so that they will be avoided in the future.As for Anthony he has been one strait stand up dude that thank God has showed up somehow in this tool salesmans life and I have looked forward to hearing from him everyday since I met him.I cant help but defend his honor and integrity when he recieves these undeserved rants from jokers who couldn't pick up his jock.I only hope to learn a tenth of his knowledge to be a successful trader in the future,your joining his site would be a wise choice imo. BBs of that type tend to be highly illiquid with small floats controlled by a bunch of crims. They'll try and squeeze you the moment you get your SS filled. The same situation applies often in the NAS Small Cap. market, but, the BB market is much worse. You have to be very adept at playing the BBs and it's a game where you never bet the farm, IMO.
