I do not think Rambus will first arrive in high end servers, maybe high end desktops. Carmel I think was mentioned somewhere will be launched a month or two later than Camino so where dual Rambus channels are needed, most likely targeted for WS and low end server applications.
Hope that helped, maybe someone else has been tracking more exact
schedules from the various reports.
