Cable = Amazing Deal Especialy when you consider that I'm spending less than you. OTOH, except for downloads and on-line trading, 56K is not too bad. $50/month is a lot of money. Even $20/mo is a lot. In Europe they've started using the electric power grid to bring the internet into homes -- at least that's what I heard on NPR yesterday. Europe has more homes/transformer which makes it more practical there than here. Transformers get in the way of internet transmission. This was an article I saw last year: home.eznet.net w
