"HITT provides promotional assistance through their 800 number, but does not provide other significant assistance to the person in other areas of operation. Therefore, they are not a franchise." Potential by your own words you state they provide what they give. There is a big difference between the rule or law and trier of fact. Again noone has yet too state what illegal activity has gone on between Ed Salmon, Steve Bradford and HITTs. You guys sure sound like you're barking up the wrong tree. I guess it will be for the jury to decide in this case as to your culpable conduct.
