Checkfree Calls Off Patent Suit Against Intuit Abstracted from American Banker 11/30/95 Checkfree Corp (Columbus, OH) says it has voluntarily dropped its patent infringement suits against Intuit Inc and Intuit Services Corp. In announcing the withdrawal of the suit, Checkfree said that Intuit had announced a different bill payment offering to users and that Checkfree would not lose anything by dropping the suit.
